
Dr. Melissa Neiman is a board certified neurosurgeon and attorney licensed to practice medicine and law in Texas and works with Brad Bradshaw, M.D., J.D., L.C., as of counsel, evaluating, consulting and working as an attorney "pro hac vice" on select cases. She attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, and received her medical degree with honors.
After receiving her medical degree, she completed her residency in neurological surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. She also practiced neurological surgery for 14 years, including 12 in private practice in Bethesda, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Dr. Neiman was involved in medical malpractice litigation as a consultant, case reviewer, and expert witness for 12 years. She earned her law degree at the University of Houston Law Center. Her many years of work in the medical field and involvement in medical-legal litigation places Dr. Neiman in a unique position to offer a wide range of medical-legal consultation to our clients.
